Job description
We are hiring MBAs to take part in INDITEX management development programme 2008.
The programme is aimed at training individuals in all company areas with a view to occupy key management positions on a national and international level.
The programme starts with 6 to 8 month rotational training programme throughout stores, logistic centres, central department, subsidiaries etc and from then on will be project based.
After the training period a typical career path would stages in country management in one of our subsidiaries, functional management in a central department, a cross-functional project or new business development role.
Requirements
Fluent in English.Fluency in other languages especially Spanish would be highly valued.
3 to 5 years experience in a sales, operations, expansion, logistics and/or finance in a multinational retailer or in the distribution field. Experience in fashion retailing would be a plus.
