Position
Reporting to your department Section Manager, you will work directly within a commodity area with a specific group of suppliers, or within a procurement planning area, or within a car cost management area. You will assess production facilities and ensure that we get the parts we need at skilfully negotiated costs. For some specific projects, you may have the opportunity to work in
Profile
• Relevant Engineering and/or Business degree is desirable, but not essential
• Experience in purchasing and/or supply management is a prerequisite, preferably within the automotive sector, or within a high volume manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes would be a real advantage
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills; capacity to negotiate & ability to develop strong relationships
• Open to mobility
